The Warthog Ambulance is a civilian emergency response vehicle commandeered by the UNSC for use by their ground forces as a means of quickly transporting ingured soldiers from the battlefield to get cured. Though it doesn't provide much protection for those inside its ease of access has saved a number of lives, and its ability to double as a troop transport makes it useful at all times.
